Room was really great. Hotel was nice. Wish they had outdoor hot tubs and the pool was closed but it is winter. I really enjoyed chatting with Taylor - Cocktail Server. She was super nice, attentive and made me feel welcome.

We love the M! Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. We enjoy the food at raiders tavern. The amenities of the 24 hour coffee/bakery shop and essentials store are a big deal for us too. We enjoy the out of the way quiet that the M offers. We will be back again in March for the concert and a fun stay!

Overall resort was great enjoyed the stay, however I did not like the treatment from the customer service representative when I called the resort for some concerns I had, I believe the individual could of done better if not why do you work in customer service??
