The unit is complete with new kitchen appliances including a new convection microwave speed cooker, 2 burner electric stove and a full-size refrigerator. It has a 75" television with seating for 4, new queen size bed with all the necessary bedding, dinette seating for 2 and an outdoor patio set. Included in your rent payment are the electric bills, water, trash, Dish cable TV, Wi-Fi, and free underground parking. You will have full access to the pool, spa and workout gym. There are no other charges or fees unless rules or items are broken during your stay.

The unit is located in the Luna Di Luso 5 story condominium complex, in the heart of Lake Las Vegas. Unit 119 is on the first floor with easy access to elevators that takes you to the parking garage, pool and spa, gym and credit card operated laundry room that is available 24 hours a day. It is in easy walking distance to Seasons Grocery Store located in the Village across the bridge. Luna Di Luso is resort living at its finest with golfing, hiking, swimming, and paddle boarding.
