The home is only 2 miles (3.2 km) from the famous Fremont Street Experience, container park, 2 malls, downtown hotels and Las Vegas Premium Outlet Shops.
It is also only less than 3 miles (4.8 km) from the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.
You can take Uber/Lyft there it is only 10-15 min drive.
You will be renting the entire single story town home including private backyard and shared LARGE front yard.
