If you are looking for ambiance, this is probably not the place for you. We just needed a convenient place near the airport and this one was priced right. You get what you pay for. The interior is dated and the casino smells like cigarettes. I'd stayed at the Virgin across the street the prior week and even though there was smoking there, the casino and lobby never smelled like smoke, so I think Silver Sevens must not have as good a ventilation system. The ceilings feel super low and the rugs and walls in the hallway are tired. We booked two adjacent rooms and they were as described. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean overall, but a "clean" towel I pulled down from the rack was heavily soiled with dried-on ick. The other towels seemed fine, but one ick towel is one too many. I brought the towel to the front desk to let them know and she bagged it up and later said sorry, but nothing else was done about it. In one room, the sink drained very slowly. In the other, the dresser drawer wouldn't stay closed. My TV had a lovely welcome message--- for someone other than me. If there were dining options on site, we didn't see them, but we weren't there long. There were two bars on either side of the casino and I got a nice cup of coffee from one of them. There was also a convenience store that had coffee and tea, snacks, toiletries, etc. We didn't check out the pool. Parking was super convenient and included with the room.
