Good internet access. Staff was helpful. Bars were reasonably priced. Was disappointed that shuttle was not available when i needed it and it was advertised as 24 hout shuttle. That was one of the main reasons I chose this property.

The hotel: Okay, stayed for 3 days for a good price. Convenient location, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, good pool and restaurant,airport shuttle service. The casino is smoky, but you can play and have fun for a while.

Great Value, Large Rooms and Comfortable Beds, Staff was Very Helpful! Bathroom arrangement was not thought out very well. Some Less Fortunate people were hanging out, but were not bothersome. Not a 5 star motel, but I have spent a lot more on a room and received less.

When i first arrived i checked in with ease, was told to call the front desk if we needed room service/ housekeeping. We went to the room and immediately noticed the light did not work over the mirror all night(not a big deal) just odd. The bathroom is SO SMALL you cant even get in to close the door without having to cram behind the door or next to the toilet( Not exaggerating it was small LOL). Room was just “OK”, i slept in one bed with my GF and the other my son we requested housekeeping since we were leaving to the strip all day; came back and the bed was not made no fresh towels( i requested that morning before 11am) came back around 6:30-7ish, that was a little ridiculous. We had to make our own bed and only had a comforter as we threw the sheets off to be helpful for housekeeping, was such an inconvenient situation. Next morning(8/13/25) i was over it just called requested fresh towels Since we had 0, we waited 25+ minutes for the towels no one came EVER, i ended up using a soiled towel to dry off since they never came over 30 minutes later(just to deliver towels) i checked out and explained it was crazy to not receive pretty much any basic service. You definitely get what you pay for when you go with a “cheaper option” ill be spending the money to stay on the stri next visit ahahaha

Surprise Fee

Check in was a bit of a surprise. Hotels.com quoted a smaller price than what was paid at the hotel. Silver seven added a 150.00 security deposit, that i would get returned after three days. This security deposit was not mentioned on Hotels.com website during reservation.

Everything was super convenient and nice. Room was bigger than expected. Restaurant was good, not great. People upstairs were loud, but the ceilings weren't high so you can hear everythjng. Overall pretty good stay. Would stay here again.
