The property has a 8ft deep pool, wood flooring, new furniture, new fresh paint and upgraded kitchen cabinets. Upstairs is a spacious living-room with a dine in kitchen and huge breakfast bar, along with a family room with a fireplace. Downstairs has another large living area, 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom.

8 miles away from Las Vegas Blvd, 12 miles from airport, 7 miles away South Premium outlet, 2 mins away from Smith's.

The house is located at quiet residential area. Close enough to Las Vegas blvd but far enough to rest.

CHECK OUT: leave the beds rumpled and towels anywhere; we only ask that you take out your trash and wash the dishes you have used.

Regardless who in your group was responsible, you will be charged up to $250 for any missing or damaged host's property. We are easy going if you are upfront about a broken or stained item, rather than if we find out afterward.

Charges apply at host’s discretion if host's property is missing or damaged, if housekeepers have to work longer because the trash was not taken out or dishes not washed, or if there was any SMOKING in the house cigarette butts left on the grounds. If there were no issues, Vrbo releases the hold 3 to 5 business days after check out.
