Link and Kiosk wouldn’t allow me to check in. Long walk from parking garage to front desk back to room. Room floor was dirty, many random stains on the floor. View was nice, not expensive until resort fee.

The room was filthy, I stop by the front desk to do an upgrade and nobody can help me. I ask numerous times for someone in front desk to call me back and nobody ever did. It literally it took 20 minutes to wait for hot water. Terrible place to stay, never comming back!!! The few staff they have is rude and disrespectful!!!

The room was spacious. Property very clean. I also loved our regular cocktail waitress we had at our blackjack game. Her name was kiesha. she worked the night shift She was so nice and came back asap with drinks at the casino. Atmosphere good. Casino is a great size. The smash burger was one of our favs. Decently priced and delicious. Would recommend.

I was very disappointed with our stay at the Rio Hotel. The room felt very old and poorly maintained. In my niece’s room, the bedsheets were not changed and still had blood and dirty stains, which is completely unacceptable. The water took a very long time to get hot, and the shower drain did not work properly, causing water to back up. We stayed in a panoramic view room, and while the view itself was beautiful, it did not make up for the cleanliness and maintenance issues. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend staying here.

The room was dated. Badly in need of new flooring, wallpaper, bathroom updates. Could have left the coffee pots in the room. Just nothing special here to draw me back. Not many food options. No complimentary coffee is pretty ridiculous
