Great location - shame about the accommodation. Location by the lake is good. Check in experience was good and my son loved the pool. The welcome pack of detergent etc was a nice touch. You were charged extra for towels, tea towels and even to have the bed made (an extra 4.50 euros per bed) The accommodation was described as Type B Comfort for four people (Elegant). It was not elegant. It was well worn and in need of a more thorough clean. There was no fan for the heat and it was like sleeping in an oven - when we asked at reception, we were told we would have to buy our own. The water was turned off for a period of time on both nights of our stay. The WIFI does not work and it is outrageous to charge people for it. The utensils and pans for cooking were not good. We do not mind staying in basic accommodation but I do mind paying such an expensive price for such basic accommodation.
