Unser Haus finden Sie in der Salzachstadt Laufen, in sehr ruhiger und zentraler Lage im Ortsteil Abrain (Laufen - Süd). Das Haus wurde 1977 als Einfamilienhaus erbaut und 1998 durch Aufstockung zu einem Mehrfamilienhaus erweitert. Seither leben ganzjährig drei Generationen mit den jeweiligen Gästen unter einem Dach. Die Zufahrt erfolgt von der Teisendorfer- oder Abtsdorferstrasse aus , über die Ludwig - Thoma - Straße (30 km/h - Zone) bis zum Ende der Ludwig - Ganghofer - Straße am Wendeplatz. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich um Untergeschoss (Souterrain) des freistehenden Wohnhauses und ist über einen eigenen Hauseingang vom Rückgebäude bzw. Grüngürtelweg aus zugänglich. Die Aufenthalträume (Wohn- Esszimmer, Schlafzimmer, WC) sind mit normal großen Fenstern ausgestattet (keine Lichtschächte). Zur Ferienwohnung gehört ein eigener Gartenbereich mit teilüberdachter Terasse. PKW - Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es entlang des Grundstücks. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzger, Getränke- und SB-Markt, Post und Apotheke) sind im Umkreis von ca. 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die schönsten Ausflugsziele und Sehenswürdigkeiten in den Ferienregionen Berchtesgaden-Königssee, Bad Reichenhall, Rupertiwinkel, Chiemsee, Salzburger Land, Burghausen und Altötting, liegen innerhalb einer Entfernung von 50 km.
