Checked in to this apartment, and unfortunately, it has been a very terrible experience. 😤 The staff clearly lacked proper communication and professionalism. We were supposed to check out at 1:00 PM, as that was what we paid for, yet our luggage was placed outside at 10:00 AM without any proper explanation. What made it even worse was the poor communication. The person answering the phone was often different from the person we met, and no one seemed to know exactly what was going on. We ended up having to wait outside for several extra hours until an Indian lady finally arrived to sort everything out for us. Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and extremely frustrating customer service. Definitely not the experience we expected.
