Our stay at this pretty Laval cottage was quite nice. Valerie, the host, is very friendly, proactive in providing helpful information, professional, and very organized. The cottage bedding and seating spaces are comfortable and there was enough bathroom and kitchen items supplied for us to avoid having to go shopping right away such as basic shower products, toilet paper, cooking oil, coffee, tea, sugar, and salt. The location of the apartment is within easy walking distance of most places within the historic city center and there is a well stocked grocery store just a few minutes walk away. Be aware that the apartment is on the first floor with fairly narrow stairs leading up to the apartment door so climbing up or down the stairs with carry-on luggage was easy enough but large bags could be tricky.
