The amenities shared by both apartments is the POOL. Hotel style and outdoor shower has hot/cold water. The units are actually very private, offering relaxing views, bay breeze, while being a short walking distance from the ocean, shops, restaurants and tennis courts.
Inside both homes you will find everything is top of the line. Featuring flat screen TVs, spacious kitchens including stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, washer/drier, gas grills and new bathrooms .
