Dating from the late nineteenth century, the house has retained its original charm and enjoys a beautiful location on a small hill, away from any noise pollution. You can enjoy your lunches on the terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. A staircase connects the panoramic terrace with the garden below. Two of the four rooms are connected to each other.
2 km away, the small town of Lavardac awaits with local stores and a weekly market. From Lavardac it is 6 km to Nérac and 30 to Agen, and the is halfway between Bordeaux and Toulouse. The nearby Forêt des Landes invites excursions along its many forest trails, or take a bike ride along the Canal du Midi. Wine lovers should visit the Caves de Buzet, ten minutes away.

Hoe mooi kan iets zijn
Een schitterend huis boven op de heuvel. Vanaf je terras kijk je uit op het plaatsje Lavardac. Onder terras nog een tuin om te zonnen. Dorp dichtbij, supermarkt dichtbij. Prima huis. Het pad omhoog vanaf de weg bestaat uit kiezelsteentjes, niet glad asfalt. Maar is goed met de auto te rijden. Ik ben wandelend naar het dorp gegaan, voor fietsen is het iets te steil ondanks de e bike.

Si vous aimez la campagne, vous aurez une vue magnifique de la terrasse et vous serez réveillés tous les matins, de très bonne heure, par de très nombreux coqs. Maison charmante. Manque cependant quelques ustensiles de cuisine comme planche à découper, grande poêle, grands saladiers (maison pour 7 et non pour 3), verres à vin ...... Séjour agréable tout de même. Propriétaire très gentil.
