This pretty studio is located in a small 2-storey residence (1st floor without elevator, with a caretaker), south-east facing balcony, approx. 26 m², individual ski locker.
Shops, ice rink and slopes are located on site at the foot of the residence.

- Entrance: 2 bunk beds, bathroom (bath and toilet),
- Living room: a kitchen area equipped with a bar (2 burners, 1 combi oven, a sink, cupboards and a fridge), a dining area, 1 160 cm sofa bed (new from December 2022) and a TV color.
