The apartment consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, induction hob, kettle... to feel like at home), a friendly dining area overlooking the terrace with superb view of the Plomb du Cantal and the Rocher du cerf slope, a cosy living room with a convertible sofa bed 140x190 and its wifi corner, TV box. On the same level is a cocoon bedroom with a double bed 140x190, a shower room and a separate toilet.
On the upper level, a children's bedroom with 3 single beds 90x190, a large bedroom with a double bed 140x190 and a shower room with toilet and washing machine complete the apartment. You will also have a non-covered private parking space and a large ski storage room to store and keep your belongings summer and winter. Appartement agréable et bien situé pour profiter du Lioran
L’appartement, moderne et bien aménagé, est situé dans une résidence qui surplombe la station, accessible en 5min à pieds. Idéal pour profiter de la station et de la région. Il manque juste un parasol pour pouvoir pleinement profiter du balcon en été et des fonds de placard un peu plus fournis pour que ce soit parfait.

Séjour Le Lioran fin Août 2021
Logement agréable, bien agencé et exposé. Il mériterait un entretien plus suivi (manque tablette SdB, support papier WC ) et le remplacement du canapé lit qui n’est plus du tout confortable. Le bilan reste globalement positif.
