Venez séjourner dans ce gîte typique, maison à colombages restaurée, au cœur du Lot-et-Garonne, qui abrite un bel extérieur avec grande piscine et lac privé, dans lequel vous profiterez du calme de la campagne environnante lot-et-garonnaise.
Vous y apprécierez les balades ou la pêche au bord de l'étang et le farniente autour de la piscine.
2 terrasses dont 1 couverte. Pool house avec cuisine d'été, plancha, sanitaires et douche.
Terrain commun de 22 ha. Étang pour la pêche (carpes, gardons et quelques perches si vous êtes chanceux!). Piscine privée 10mX5m protégée par une alarme et une petit clôture (ouverte sur les dates d'ouverture du gîte mais non chauffée). Salon de jardin et transats. Barbecue fixe, plancha, cuisine d'été. Parking. Filet de badminton. Table de ping-pong.
