The room was functional for an overnight stay. The carpet needed to be replaced. The breakfast was adequate. If you want to stay for longer I'd look elsewhere. The instructions for being picked up at the airport mystified most people.

I can't speak about the area around the property. Our flight itinerary included an overnight layover so we arrived after dark, showered, slept, and were out before daylight. The shuttle was perfect for our needs. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. A nice coffee/tea station was ready and waiting in the lobby when we arrived. Our room was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay again if we were flying in/out of JFK and needed a room.The only improvement we would suggest is to upgrade the towels.

Stayed here at both ends of our trip South… friendly service from all employees… pickup convenient from Federal Circle and then on time and direct to terminals on return… liked the 24 hour hot drinks available in lobby… perhaps an alternative herbal tea but not complaining, much prefer the fresh milk available than those tiny offerings in room at most places… bed was comfortable…. Hot tap in bath was hard to turn off but the lovely cleaners must manage it (232)…. Breakfast was fine too. Nothing cooked but perfectly adequate and area clean and regularly checked/stocked!

I had a touch time getting to the hotel from the airport. Nobody tells you this, but you need to take a train from the airport to the place where hotel shuttles are. That took a long time. Then there was no sign once you get off the train to the shuttle location. Another traveler helped me. Once getting to the hotel, there was no bottled water. The only upside is that hotel was clean. You may want to consider using Uber to get to the hotel.

A basic hotel experience.

From the moment you walk in you feel like you are still n the covid days and dealing with an individual family owning it. It was not a great feeling walking in with the plexi glass and paper signs all over the place and the service was so so. The room wasnt bad and the location is not great either. The breakfast offered is a basic as it is, the Burger King next door may be a better option. The best thing was the free shuttle to the airport.

A little further from JFK than anticipated but the room and service were excellent. The shuttle bus was a godsend and I had a hire car so no problems, though if reliant entirely on public transport could be tricky.
