Location was good with respect to eating places. Shuttle service was not the best as I got messages from the Hotel up to the morning of my arrival at JFK regarding point of pickup at Terminal 4. Only when I arrived at the airport, I found out that, due to construction activities at JFK, pickup and dropoff was now only at Federal Circle. This caused some communication problems resulting in my having to taxi to the hotel....and then was able to get the shuttle rife back to Federal Circle for my departure. Poor information management by the Hotel regarding the current state of its shuttle service. Also, the hotel had no contact via WhatsApp, only landline service. This could be a real problem for those visitors without access to US phone networks.

Breakfast was sorely lacking. It has a long breakfast time of 5 hours, but only bread and cereal are served; along with coffee and orange juice. 24-hour airport shuttle. It can take you to the terminal or federal circle. Room was spacious and comfortable. The tv, however, only had a few channels and no tv guide. Location is convenient. Only a few miles away from JFK on Rockaway Blvd.

Quick stay

The hotel is older, which I expected. The room looked okay, but the bathroom was filthy. There were long hairs everywhere and what appeared to be curly pubic hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The toilet also had what looked like poop smears in the bowl. I should have notified the staff, but after traveling for hours with small kids, I just couldn't bring myself to ask to switch rooms. We stayed for about eight hours. On the positive side, the airport shuttle was convenient, and the driver was great.

Very friendly staff, easy to find the pick up area for the shuttle even for my exhausted mind. Had a great night sleep and the breakfast was good. The coffee was amazing! The shuttle left on time and i got dropped off at my terminal. Even learned a bit of history while on the way to the airport.

We were taking off early on a flight from JFK and wanted to stay near the airport. This was a little further away than some of the other big hotels, but the price was more affordable. It was very clean and quiet and the staff was friendly - room was clean and bed was comfortable. The traffic in front of the hotel was formidable during the daytime, but early in the morning - it was a breeze getting to the airport.

The Front Desk Staff, the night we arrived, was A Standout. The room was very mediocre, Furniture very outdated. The Tub, had a very Slow drain and the last night, of our stay, it took it, overnight, to drain, completely. They should pull the Carpets up There is an Odor to it.

The room is an average room. The bathtub backs up and does not drain well. The breakfast is average with bread, coffee and pastries. The price is relatively high, but seems on par with other hotels near by. The staff was good and the shuttle service was good. All in all, a no frills hotel for a short stay.
