Nice location overlooking the Ohio. Could walk to shopping and restaurants. Had to request cups for water and coffee, room had none when we checked in. Enjoyed river view that night but couldn’t get automatic blinds to open in the morning so couldn’t enjoy the view before we checked out.

Great Staff

Early Halloween decorations were found in our room along with food on the floor that were missed by the vacuum. Staff was excellent though and took down the decorations and good spirited about it.

We were very disappointed with this hotel (compared to others we used on this road trip). The room was dusty, there was no refrigerator (a major convenience when traveling), only one washcloth, the server at the restaurant put down our beverages with her hand on the top of each glass, there was no hot water to shower at 7:00 a.m. ... It's hard to overlook such lack of attention to detail at those prices. There was no one at the desk to check us out. We just left our key cards so they could figure it out. Not a typical stay in a Hilton property. The Cold shower was the worst!

Everything was decent for the most part except some aspects of the room. The TV remote wouldn't work and there was black mold in the shower. Areas of the room hadn't been cleaned well or vacuumed.

The sheet pulled up from the top left edge of the mattress and it looked like someone had thrown upon the edge and down the side. Shower was dirty. Since trash bags aren’t used and the cans are not cleaned. There was who knows what stuck and smeared inside the cans. Only one half used roll of toilet paper was left. The only good thing was the friendly service. I was there for a wedding in the event center and it very nice as well.
