Black mold

When i left, a few hours later...all the members of my family started coughing. My kids have coughed so bad that, one had to have breathing treatments. We noticed how sticky and dirty the carpet was. Honesty, i think we were exposed to black mold. As a medical professional, i knew something was wrong when ALL 4 members of my family started coughing at the same time- i even ended up with a sore throat. No one from the event we attended was sick, so I knew this was odd. The room didn't smell fresh but we were so tired. Honestly, that carpet was A 1 disgusting- sticky, black, and gross. Ive been too busy to call and repoet this. Also, i asked for additional towels when housekeeping came by. As the lady was handing me the towel, one fell on the floor IN FRONT OF ME, she picked it up and still handed it to me. I was shocked- i can imagine what happens behind closed doors if that happened in front of me. Just yuck!

I stayed for two nights and found the front desk staff to be very welcoming. The room was clean and quiet, allowing me to unwind. While the fitness room could use some improvements, I overall had a pleasant visit.
