Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Note: Laundry area is under CCTV surveillance to ensure security, deter theft, and promote responsible use.

Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

Smoking Policy:
No smoking is allowed on the property. A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
