Our stay was decent but disappointing. The lady that checked us in was not very friendly but she got us checked in with no hiccups. Our room was decent but the hair in the shower was pretty gross and the stench of cooked food was a little over barring. The most disappointing issue was the breakfast. Please change how that reads on your website. It should have read breakfast snack versus breakfast included and to have hours added, I’m not even sure who that is. Overall it was okay and I’m not saying we wouldn’t stay again, just stating how our stay was this time.

Not Happy: No Breakfast, Broken Gym, Bad Key Cards

The “grab-and-go breakfast” consisted of snack foods and describing it as breakfast is really false advertising. We were extremely disappointed in the lack of breakfast food choices, especially since we picked this location over others that offer breakfast. The key cards to our room were deactivated several times during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. We had to visit the desk several times after going upstairs to a room where the keycards didn’t work. This happened at least four times during our three night stay. The gym, another reason we picked this facility, had two treadmills and neither were operable. They were both “out of order” and appear to have been out of order for quite some time. The amenities promised were lacking and it was a disappointing experience overall.

Stayed here because it was close to Fort Sill, and I don’t usually leave reviews but after my experience I had to. Overall the hotel is just mis-managed there isn’t enough staff and to make up for this they just charge you for any interaction with staff, need towels or sheets they charge you 10 bucks, leave trash outside the room for pick up 25 bucks. Traveled with a group of five and had four rooms and 3 out 4 experienced bugs and trash left by past guests. I understand “you get what you pay for” but after finding out the gym was just for show and the staff are nonexistent, I’m about to open a Airbnb motel just to give people another option.

My grandson said it best." This room smells like an old shoe " Kitchen was clean but had to get dishes, silverware from the front. It was inconvenient. Grab n go breakfast was awful. . Linens and bed were thin, old, mattress was hard, bumpy

Had a few Roaches in the bathroom and twice there was dog poop in the hallway. None of the gym equipment worked. Room had a moldy smell to it. Same as the hallway
