Der Host war freundlich, die Schlüsselübergabe über eine Box war reibungslos. Einzig und allein die Kommunikation hätte schneller laufen müssen. Der Host hat zur Bestätigung ein falsches Datum angegeben. Auf Nachfrage hat er recht spät geantwortet. Und nach einer 8stündigen Autofahrt mit einem Kleinkind war es uns wichtig, zu wissen, dass wir eine zuverlässige Unterkunft zum Übernachten haben. Glücklicherweise hat der Host sich dann irgendwann gemeldet, ich hatte schon nach einer anderen Übernachtungsmöglichkeit geschaut. Er hat sich nicht entschuldigt. Schade.
