The pool (3.5 x 7), newly built in 2023, located in a beautiful fenced garden, can be heated for an additional charge. Parents are responsible for bathing children.
A large terrace on the ground floor, equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture, Weber grill. The terrace leads to the living room with sofa, TV and integrated fully equipped kitchen. (Oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and an additional American fridge, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a large master bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200) with its own adjoining shower room with WC On the 1st floor there are 2 more bedrooms with king-size bed (180 x 200), TV and with their own adjoining shower room and WC One bedroom with access to a large sunny balcony of 20m2 More photos can be sent on request.
