We adapt as much as possible to your presence in order to preserve your moments of tranquility.<br><br>From October to the end of April, maintenance is carried out once a week.<br><br>Like any outdoor pool, the water can occasionally accommodate a few leaves, insects or small plant debris between two maintenance passes. These natural elements, impossible to avoid completely, do not constitute a defect of the home.<br><br>---<br><br>📍 Cannes and the French Riviera at your fingertips<br><br>One of the great things about the house is its particularly convenient location.<br><br>You will enjoy a pleasant and relaxing environment while being perfectly located to discover the region.<br><br>🚗 By car<br><br>- 7 min from the A41 exit – Mandelieu / Cannes-La Bocca<br>- 10 min from the A42 exit – Mougins<br>- About 10 to 15 minutes from Cannes<br>- Easy access to Antibes, Nice, Grasse and inland villages<br><br>🚆 Without a car, it's also very easy<br><br>Ranguin train station is just a 2-minute walk from the house.<br><br>From Ranguin, Cannes train station is accessible in 3 train stops.<br><br>You can reach Cannes easily and discover the French Riviera without necessarily taking the car.<br><br>Public transport also makes it possible to explore the surrounding area and extend your getaway to the charming towns on the Italian border. 🇮🇹<br>
