L'Occident is a family home that can accommodate 10 people.

The villa has a splendid terrace offering a 180-degree south-facing panoramic view of the sea, a direct access to the beach, 5 beautiful bedrooms, 3 large bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a double living room, a dining room, a TV room, a large garden with an herb garden (rosmary, sage, mint and verbena), WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning service, a bookcase with games, books and DVDs.

The villa offers the following optional extras on request:
* a "linen and bed preparation" package at a cost of €150
* a "pet supplement" package at a cost of €50/pet (maximum 2 dogs).

Meal preparation and daily cleaning can also be booked on request.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour grâce à l'emplacement de la maison au bord de la baie. Par ailleurs, la maison a beaucoup de charme et est équipée avec le nécessaire pour quelques jours de vacances. Villa très agréable, spacieuse et super bien située, complété par un accueil sympathique. Tout est à proximité, ce qui facilite les déplacements des personnes moins mobiles (personne âgée).Bonne literie, équipement de cuisine et vaisselle adapté.Quelques réparations et rénovations seraient cependant bienvenues afin de préserver la qualité du logis (poignées de portes, fenêtres et meubles à refixer). Ayant eu la chance de passer 4 journées d'avril exceptionnellement chaudes et ensoleillées, un parasol ou un système d'ombrage serait le bienvenu afin de pouvoir profiter pleinement de la terrasse plein sud et de sa magnifique vue sur la baie.Un mode d'emploi du micro onde serait également un petit plus.

Superbe lieu de vacances, emplacement au top, à la fois en plein centre ville et au bord de la plage avec son sable fin idéal pour les jeux d'enfants et ses couchers de soleil splendides savourés depuis l'immense terrasse avec, en ombres chinoises, le promeneurs du soir et les cerfs volants. Quelques jours en famille. Emplacement, terrasse et vue magnifique sur la baie et la plage. La proximité du centre ville permet d'oublier la voiture. Un souci concernant la plomberie : malgré 3 salles de bain, impossible de prendre 2 douches en même temps car pas d'eau chaude simultané et l'isolation des fenêtres qui laisse passer les courants d'air et un bruit de vent continu pendant les jours de mauvais temps. Disponibilité de Mme Danjou pour l'accueil et le départ du séjour.

Une Villa avec panorama à 180 °

Nous avons passé un formidable week-end de détente en famille. La villa bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue à 180° sur la baie où le spectacle est permanent (d'une tempête avec les éléments déchaînés jusqu'à un soleil resplendissant pendant lequel nous avons pu nous prélasser sur la grande terrasse) Sa situation vous permet également de ne pas emprunter la voiture pour effectuer la ballade touristique en chemin de fer à vapeur jusqu'à St Valéry (10 mn à pied jusqu'à la gare) Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables et bénéficient toutes d'une vue sur la baie. La pièce de vie est également très spacieuse, lumineuse avec une vue imprenable sur la baie. Un petit bémol sur la plomberie très vieillissante (pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain du rez de chaussée) ainsi que sur l'isolation des fenêtres qui laisse passer les courants d'air. Une mention spéciale pour la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Mme Danjou qui nous a accueilli et qui a toujours répondu présente lors de nos déboires avec la plomberie !
