Cottage 'La petite chaumière de Château Trompette' with air conditioning and Wi-Fi

At Château Trompette cottage, the biggest risk is... not wanting to leave. Located on the edge of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and just 10 minutes from the beaches, this peaceful spot welcomes you far from noise, stress... and sometimes even phone signal (but that’s almost a luxury holiday—and just a joke).

Wake up to birdsong and enjoy tranquil evenings under the thatched roof. The hens may provide you with fresh eggs for breakfast, depending on the season. Premium service.

Bike paths pass right in front of the house—perfect for reaching the beach or town center without fighting for parking or stressful parallel parking in summer.

Three cats, very dedicated to overseeing the property, roam freely. They’re curious, sometimes sociable, and clearly believe they own the place. You’ve been warned.

Ideally located just minutes from Saint-Gilles Croix de Vie and its beaches, the Chateau Trompette cottages offer you a relaxing stay close to the region’s top attractions. Puy du Fou is only an hour away, and Les Sables d’Olonne is just 30 minutes.

The cottages include a 55 m² house for 4 guests and a 26 m² studio for 2 guests. Both accommodations have air conditioning and are equipped with quality amenities, with special attention to bedding.

Guests have access to two hectares of woodland on the property, where you might spot local deer.

Only 6 km from the Grande Plage, you can easily enjoy swimming and water sports. The bike path in front of the house leads directly to the beach.

Enjoy an unforgettable stay in Vendée in a peaceful natural setting.
