Ardèche vacation home in a quiet location
The Ardèche House located between the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Valley of Cèze in the small quiet village of Le Garn.
The house is located at the entrance of the village, is completely built from natural stone and 250 years old. On the south side, the plot consists of a gravel-covered courtyard and expands on the west side in a large garden area. From the village road leads out onto a spacious covered terrace, which can accommodate a cozy and shaded dining area. From there one enters the large living room which is furnished with antique furniture. The special feature is the old fireplace that spreads warmth on cool evenings.
About the slightly smaller but very bright adjoining room leads to the large rear sun deck and in the kitchen and the bathroom. Kitchen and bathroom are decorated in a Provencal style and equipped with modern appliances (dishwasher, etc.).
A staircase leads from the smaller space in the two upper rooms. There is a large bedroom furnished with a double bed (1.60m) and two closets, and a smaller room, where there are two single beds. Both rooms are painted in a Provencal style and very stylish.
Bedding, towels, crockery and cutlery are plentiful. To relax there are sun loungers and parasols. Parking is available in front of the house.
