CITY CENTER - PORT ROYAL - In a secure residence 200m from the beach and shops, a P2 on the 2nd floor with lift of 32m², living room with 1 sofa bed 140cm and tv, wifi, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-top, microwave , oven, water machine), a large bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a bunk bed sleeping 2, direct access to the loggia. A bathroom, a separate toilet, a 5m² loggia overlooking the wooded gardens. Private, numbered parking and secure, tree-lined residence with bowling alley. Furnished and equipped for 5/6 people.
