Wunderschöner Ausblick auf Hafen(Teil), ruhig, Ideal mit Hund, nicht weit für Ausflüge: Grande Motte, Montpellier, Saints Maries des la mer... Schöne Märkte, Hundestrand Grande Motte, Plage Espillett

Logement agréable avec vue superbe

L'appartement est suffisamment grand pour 4. Lumineux. La vue est l'atout majeur. L'appartement mériterait des petites révisions (portes qui se ferment mal car coincent, prises électriques ressorties, portes vaisselier à régler, air qui passe par porte d'entrée). À noter pas de chauffage pour soirées fraîches qu'on a eu. Localisation éloignée mais Marina sécurisée au calme avec place parking, ce qui est agréable. Accès par escaliers colimaçon. Photos conformes.

Un peu beaucoup déçue

Le cadre est sympathique, belle vue sur la marina mais l'appartement n'est pas accueillant avec un accès extérieur par un escalier en métal et en colimaçon! A notre arrivée, j'ai trouvé que le ménage n'avait pas été correctement fait. Et surtout il est éloigné de tout. Sans voiture, difficile de profiter des environs. Heureusement une petite supérette pas loin, une pizzeria (à éviter) et la mer... Déçue par cette location.

Appartement vétuste et sale à notre arrivée. Literie inconfortable, vaisselle en insuffisance alors qu'appartement pour 6 pers. frigo vétuste : taches à l'intérieur + poignée cassée .Odeur très désagréable dans salle de bain. terrasse agréable mais plaque de plâtre du plafond écorchées. Attention si avec enfants, prévoir des jeux car il n 'y a rien - pas de TV

- Belle vue et belle terrasse (encore mieux si au moins une chaise longue) - confort insuffisant (mauvaise literie, frigo vétuste, batterie de cuisine inexistante (1 poële et 1 casserole pour 6 personnes), 4 verres à vin, pas de TV ni radio ! - accès très difficile car escalier en colimaçon non éclairé (= pas pour personne âgée) - odeurs désagréables dans SDB et WC

Das Muss für Bootsfans

Die Marina lässt für Bootsliebhaber oder Landratten, die es werden wollen, keine Wünsche offen. Von Wasser umgeben, von jeglichen Bootstypen befahren und mit einzigartig architektonischer Raffinesse der „Hauskajüten“ schippert man genauso gern auf den MIDI, wie man gern bei gelassener Ruhe im solitären Heimathafen verweilt. Großzügig und dennoch behaglich, frei und dennoch familiär, ausgelassenes Treiben und dennoch himmlische Ruhe; Etwas vergleichbares? Gibt es nicht!

Appartement met prachtig balkon met uitzicht over de haven. Eigen P-plaats. Klein minpuntje hoogzomer: geen airco. Wel zeebriesje gelukkig-:).
