Mkt serviceinriktad personal. Rent o fräscht. Poolen på taket var guld att ha i värmen. Trångt i medinan fast läget bredvid stadens stora sevärdhet var perfekt! Gå gärna på museet som ligger 5 min prom från hotellet. Som svensk vill man ha kaffe o i rummet fanns kapselbryggare o vattenkokare. Kaffe skulle ingå men det såg vi inte röken av trots påpekande. Skall man till El Kef är detta hotellet man ska bo på!

Un vrai coup de cœur au Kef ! Séjour absolument charmant au Taj El Medina. Dès l'arrivée, on est conquis par le charme authentique de cet établissement niché dans la magnifique région du Kef. La propreté est irréprochable, chaque recoin de l'hôtel est impeccablement entretenu. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c'est l'équipe ! Un personnel aux petits soins, disponible, chaleureux et d'un professionnalisme remarquable du début à la fin du séjour. On sent une vraie envie de bien faire et d'accueillir les clients dans les meilleures conditions. L'ambiance générale de l'hôtel dégage un charme unique qui donne immédiatement envie d'y revenir. Un excellent point de chute pour découvrir la richesse historique et culturelle du Kef. Merci au chef Teyssir Ksouri pour ce succulent médaillon de veau avec une viande locale du KEF. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à quiconque souhaite allier confort, propreté et accueil chaleureux. Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce merveilleux séjour !
