Schon oft im Meridienne gewesen, aber noch in keiner so schön renovierten Wohnung. Super Meerblick, Ausstattung bestens. Viele Treppen innerhalb der Wohnung, muss man wissen. Agentur hat den Check-in 2h nach hinten, und den Check-out 2h nach vorne verlegt (verglichen mit Inserat). Erst von der Agentur schriftlich, die Endreinigung sei inklusive, dann widerrufen und berechnet (107€).

peu commode , cher par rapport aux inconvénients

L'emplacement est idĂ©al, mais l'appartement est peu commode, l'ascenseur dessert trois Ă©tages sur six . L'intĂ©rieur de l'appartement est composĂ© de deux Ă©tages . on n'arrĂȘte pas de monter et descendre des marches ( 32 en tout, de l'entrĂ©e Ă  la salle de bain chambre haute ). Le garage est rĂ©servĂ© aux petites voitures . lorsque j'ai rĂ©ussi Ă  garer mon X5 , je ne l'ai plus touchĂ© de la semaine ( et je suis plutĂŽt dĂ©gourdi au volant ) pour sortir de la voiture , je suis passĂ© par le hayon arriĂšre .Il n'y a pas d'internet dans l'appartement . l'agence nous a proposĂ© un boitier nomade qui fonctionne avec le rĂ©seau de tĂ©lĂ©phonie mobile pour 39 euros la semaine . nous l'avons pris ,mais il ne nous a servi Ă  rien car la bande passante est nulle et ne permet pas de streming . En fin de compte , nous avons utilisĂ© nos iphones en partage de connection , ils Ă©taient plus efficients . Concernant la clim, il y a la relĂšve des seaux . il faut vider plusieurs fois dans la journĂ©e les seaux de la terrasse et de la chambre ( eau produite par la clim ) . Enfin , nous avons payĂ© pour un mĂ©nage sĂ©rieux Ă  notre dĂ©part, mais Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons eu la dĂ©sagrĂ©able surprise de trouver un WC sale avec une flaque d'urine sĂ©chĂ©e entre la lunette et le rĂ©servoir , ainsi qu'un dĂ©pĂŽt de calcaire marron au fond de la cuvette . Le bac Ă  graisse de l'Ă©vier portait bien son nom car l'Ă©gouttoir en plastique n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© soulevĂ© depuis longtemps et une couche Ă©paisse de graisse noire bouchait pratiquement la grille d'Ă©coulement .

Appartement de qualitĂ© et conforme Ă  l’annonce. Belle vue et bien placĂ©. La conciergerie assurĂ©e par Foncia Location de Vacances est indigne. AprĂšs discussion nous apprenons qu’ils ont arrĂȘtĂ© le contrat avec leur prestataire de services. MoralitĂ© ils ne servent strictement Ă  rien : envoi intempestif de factures indues, mauvaises indications et trĂšs mauvaise communication avec les locatiares. Et pour finir mĂȘme pas un rouleau de papier toilette fourni Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. La crise sanitaire a bon dos. Indigne d’une telle enseigne.

Le Lavandou est un charmant village avec de belles plages et d'excellents glaciers.

Cet appartement trĂšs original par son architecture ( construit sur 3 Ă©tages et grands volumes ), trĂšs bien situĂ© et avec une trĂšs belle vue sur la plage nous a sĂ©duits. Il est agencĂ© avec goĂ»t et les meubles et appareils electro-mĂ©nagers sont de qualitĂ© (sauf peut-ĂȘtre le lave-linge mais je ne l'ai pas utilisĂ©.....). Nous avons Ă©normĂ©ment apprĂ©ciĂ© la proximitĂ© de la plage, du port, des commerces et des restaurants ce qui fait que nous n'avons pas utilisĂ© la voiture de la semaine. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

TrĂšs beau logement, hyper bien situĂ©,plage et commerces aux portes de la rĂ©sidence trĂšs bien entretenue. Vue sur Ile du Levant, superbe de la terrasse. Attention tout de mĂȘme, vous ĂȘtes au cƓur du village du Lavandou et c'est une ville de bord de mer qui bouge bien, mĂȘme si les deux chambres sont correctement insonorisĂ©es. Cet appartement mĂ©riterait une climatisation dans la chambre du bas comme celle de l'Ă©tage pour un 100% parfait. A noter Ă©galement le trĂšs trĂšs bon Ă©quipement Ă©lectromĂ©nager et le garage lĂ  au est situĂ© l'appart. Je recommande +++
