Points positifs : bon emplacement, entre 10 et 15 minutes à pied de la mer et des restaurants. Place de parking proche de l'appartement, très pratique.Proximité de la piscine L'appartement est vétuste mais fonctionnel .Points négatifs :Appartement très sale à notre arrivée, nous avons demandé une repasse. L'appartement n'a été nettoyé qu'à 20h. Aucun ventilateur dans l'appartement même en forte canicule, nous avons dû en réclamer un et aller le récupérer le lendemain.Manque de rangements cuisine et chambre.Le côté terrasse est un peu bruyant.

Bon séjour

Nous avons passer un très bon séjour, l’appartement, idéalement placé (à 10 minutes à pied de la plage, et 20 minutes du port). Le parking avec place attribuée à l’appartement est très pratique. La résidence est globalement calme, et l’accès à la piscine simple. Néanmoins, nous avons fait remonter à l’agence de location que le ménage à l’arrivée laissait à désirer (sable dans la baignoire, miettes dans l’égouttoir à vaisselle, poubelle salle, et sable dans tout l’appartement). C’est une entreprise sous-traitante qui s’en occupe, il nous a été signalé fin de séjour que nous pouvions rappeler l’agence de location à notre arrivée pour faire intervenir de nouveau une équipe de nettoyage dans les deux heures suivant notre arrivée. Cependant, nous, nous n’avions pas eu connaissance. Mise à part ce bémol, l’appartement est correcte, vétuste mais fonctionnel.
