Nous avons passé de belles vacances dans cette grande et jolie maison bleue, elle est confortable, elle ne manque de rien. Nous nous sommes ressourcés au calme, profitez de la piscine en regardant de supers couchers de soleil!! La maison est bien equipee, nous n avons manqué de rien, la literie est tres bonne et c est un endroit ideal pour passe des vacances entre amis ou en famille. C est sur nous reviendrons !!!

Les Bressannais en vacances
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison qui a tout pour elle. Cela permet de déconnecter complètement du quotidien. Tout est fait pour passer de bons moments entre amis. Piscine au top, terrain pour les enfants, et barbecue pour les grands 😉 Nous recommandons vraiment cet endroit afin de passer des moments inoubliables. Nous revivrons cette expérience avec grand plaisir.

Drôle de surprise à LE LEUY
Endroit très calme avec grand espace jardin, piscine et barbecue. Grande capacité d'accueil et de couchage. Bien équipée en terme de vaisselle et d'ustensiles ménagers. Mais... propreté moyenne, piscine sale et non nettoyée (pas d'aspirateur laissé à disposition ni de robot, joints qui s'effritent et beaucoup d'insectes). Le pisciniste n'est même pas passé une fois malgré les promesses du proprio. ATTENTION : ABSENCE DE SECURITÉ POUR LES ENFANTS EN BAS AGE (simple bâche souple qui ne supporte pas le poids d'un enfant sans dispositif de fermeture d'accès ni alarme). Fosse sceptique mal entretenue et canalisation bouchée lors de notre séjour (odeur pestilentielle récurrente). Le proprio nous a accusé de l'avoir bouchée et s'est servi sur la caution pour les frais d'intervention). Fuites d'eau dans une des salles de bain de l'étage. Propriétaire non franc et peu digne de confiance (litige en cours suite à prélèvement de sommes indues sur la caution) Conclusion : cadre agréable mais séjour gâché par l'incurie et la mauvaise foie du propriétaire (piscine, fosse sceptique)

Très jolie maison dans la verdure . Le calme absolu . Piscine chauffée avec vue sur la campagne . Avons passé un excellent séjour en famille . Petits et grands ont pu profiter de ce bel espace . L’intérieur de la maison est très bien conçu. Proximité des commerces . A recommencer.

Agréable séjour
La maison est très agréable et bien équipée pour plusieurs familles. L'environnement est paisible et propice pour se retrouver entre amis ou en famille. La piscine chauffée est top. Le propriétaire et la jeune femme qui nous a accueillis sont à l'écoute et très sympathiques. A recommander si vous souhaitez vous ressourcer en pleine campagne

Agréable séjour
La maison est jolie, au calme et avec une belle vue sur le coucher du soleil et les champs de maïs. L'intérieur est fonctionnel, et bien équipé. Les explications du propriétaire étaient claires et complètes. De même, Marine de la conciergerie qui gère la maison était très agréable et à l'écoute. Le village de Saint-Sever à proximité est charmant. Quelques points seraient à améliorer cependant : le nettoyage de la piscine qui n'a été fait qu'une fois (nous n'avions pas accès au robot aspirateur), le manque d'ombre autour de la piscine qui ne facilite pas la surveillance des enfants, les odeurs d'égout parfois à l'entrée de la maison et le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas (l'un d'entre était en télétravail et a dû se rendre au village pour travailler)
