Shuttle bus runs every half hour and we were able to be picked up from the airport directly which was a convenience. Easy check-in. Our room was large and clean. No conditioner in the bathroom. Only a shampoo/ body wash. No coffee maker in the room. Only instant coffee packages. We only stayed one night and left early the next day and had a very quiet and restful sleep. We enjoyed the shuttle on the way back to the airport as again it was very convenient. Would recommend if you're staying overnight before a flight. There was also a large breakfast which we did not partake in but it looked like they had lots of options.

This was advertised as a four star , definitely not a Four star . AC was not working fans were offered but not acceptable. The food services were not great very short menu , the buffet breakfast was just OK had better in 3 star hotels . Very isolated in an industrial area they provide a shuttle however they do not drop you at specific terminals . This can mean a very long walk with luggage for international travellers . A little rough around the edges requires a renovation

We were only there for one night before catching an early flight. The restaurant was excellent and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast. A highlight was playing ping pong by the gardens.

Nice but poorly run.

The overall condition of the hotel is poor. Tables in the restaurant, breakfast area, and patio are left dirty for hours. The grounds are also not top notch. Its just not well kept. Clearly poor management. I can't imagine letting my own operation be so poorly run. Its a nice place, just no focus on customer service and cleanliness. We got a pizza in the restaurant and they had no box to take the leftovers to the room. We were told to just take the plate the pizza was served on. Plenty of people smoking outside, yet they had no matches anywhere on the grounds. If someone just cared, it would be a nice place.

The property has the potential to be a 5-star experience. However, during our stay, only one out of the five rooms we rented had a functioning air conditioner. The sleeping conditions were extremely uncomfortable due to the heat. While the hotel did provide fans, this was not a viable solution for someone with vertigo. Additionally, the service in the restaurant on May 29th during lunch was disappointing. When I requested bread, the waitress responded curtly, saying she would bring it after finishing what she was doing. Despite waiting approximately 30 minutes and completing my meal, the bread was never served—though I observed her delivering it to other tables. Furthermore, the hotel grounds appeared poorly maintained, with overgrown grass and an excessive mosquito presence. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.
