Hotels.com sent an email that I had cancelled our reservation. I never received a credit so we went ahead to the hotel. They confirmed that we had a reservation through Expedia. The check in staff were very gracious. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Very noisy in the restaurant and bar because there was a conference. Shuttle only goes to Terminal 2! Long walk to train to Terminal 1. Would stay against if flying in and out of Terminal 2

Loved Luciel the staff he was pretty helpful and answered all questions with knowledge and always checked up on us. I definitely think he needs a raise or promotion for his good hospitality he needs to be upgraded from the front desk he cares for the hotel.

There is no drawers in the room to unpack in you must live out of your suit case. The water lost pressure the day we were leaving and we were unable to shower had to heat water in the pot to have warm water to wash up in. The manager came to look at it but said maintenance was in until 8 and we had to leave at 7:30. It wasn’t exactly what I expected not terrible but not great either. Maybe would stay for one night but not three as we just had. Okay stay for arriving later from a flight or to depart early. The room was clean the bed very comfortable the staff rather friendly. Other than needing to ask three times for an iron and I called from the states prior to arrival and was advised in iron would be available in the room.

One staff member at the desk had no knowledge of expedia perks. Glad i went back and talked to another staff member. Bar/restaurant staff not very happy to serve us. We stayed one night prior to coming back home. We’d arranged shuttle to the airport with the front desk when we checked in however when we went at the mentioned time there was no shuttle. The shuttle driver said our names were not on the list but had some spots in the van and accommodated us thankfully. Breakfast was good, again time we were told it is open until 10 am however staff started closet off at 8.45 am. When questioned there was no answer. Rooms were spacious. All in all it was great!

Front desk and wait staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar staff not so much. Always nice to have a bar and restaurant on premise though. Shuttle service was really handy and the driver was very helpful. Lobby cute and quirky w a well stocked self serve snack area. Rooms were very clean;a little too modern for my taste but thats just me. Breakfast is included with a nice selection. Great place to stay if you have an early flight out or just want to make sure you get to the airport on time.

We arrived very late, but the desk clerk was friendly and helpful about our shuttle in the morning, and walked us to the bar for our drink vouchers. Everywhere was very clean.
