Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
They don’t run airport shuttles as posted - only for a couple hours early morning and evening, so you can expect 30-40 euro each way. There is no food services except vending machines (30 euro for two bottles of water and 2 packs of microwave pasta). Water gurgling through the pipes in the walls non-stop made it near impossible to sleep. You couldn’t construct a facility with cheaper materials - shower leaked (no door seals so a flood in the bathroom. Sink faucet falling apart. Cleaning staff tried to enter room 3 times in the morning starting at 7 am (there was no do not disturb hang signs). Staff were rude - had to ask 3 times for a taxi (because their shuttle service stops at 8 am) because staff kept changing and no one called - 45 mins to get a cab. Use the 60-80 taxi euro cost towards quality accommodation at the airport where you can get some food and sleep. We’ve been travelling the world for 30 years and ageee this is the worst hotel experience we can recall.
