Arrived late evening at the hotel to find that they no longer had a room available, despite having made a booking. They just said they had told hotels.com and nothing they could do, they didn't provide any further help or advice and I was left to sleep on a chair in the airport. Hotels.com were very apologetic, the hotel were not apologetic or helpful.

Great location for transit passengers Rooms are very run down in comparison to other Yotel Really needs some furnishing wear and tear addressed and instructions were totally absent for lighting, bed, tv etc
