The house is located in a quiet fishing hamlet 100 meters from the beach and the hold of La Landriais.
The house has just been renovated by combining the charm of the old (beams, stone walls ...) and the advantages of the modern (tv, internet, integrated kitchen with central island, washing machine ....).
The house is located at Minihic sur Rance, a picturesque village on the left bank of the Rance estuary a few kilometers from Saint Malo, Dinard and Dinan.
Saint Malo is 12 km away, Dinard is 8 km away and Dinan is 18 km away. Mont Saint Michel and Cap Fréhel are also nearby (40 minutes by car to Mont Saint Michel).
The house is arranged on two floors and is composed of six rooms. A kitchen dining room with adjoining outdoor terrace overlooking the garden, a back kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, four bedrooms (two bedrooms with a double bed and two child rooms with three single beds and a cot) A bathroom with toilet and a toilet on the floor.

Nice house in calm environment
The house had a nice garden und was located in an calm little street. The waterside was nearby. The house was good equipped but quite dirty. The living room was dark und grumpy.

Maison très agréable à vivre et très bien située, idéale pour des vacances en famille avec tous les jeux sur place ! seul bémol : un peu bruyante. On espère revenir :)

très beau séjour.
Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par l'emplacement et l'environnement de la maison ainsi que par la taille des pièces. Le jardin est très agréable et l'accueil parfait.
Un petit bémol pour la propreté générale....

Idéal pour jeunes enfants
Maison avec beaucoup de charme. Proximité immédiate petite plage et sentiers du littoral. Énormément facilités dans la maison : chambre enfants avec jouets, appareils ménagers etc.
Jardin avec balançoire, toboggan, panier basket, cages de foot etc. De quoi occuper les enfants. Au top !

une vraie maison de famille
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison. C'est une vraie maison de famille où tout est à notre disposition ce qui facilite tellement l'organisation: matériel pour la cuisine, jeux/jouets pour les enfants, salon de jardin ...
Stéphanie qui nous a accueilli est très gentille et souriante, un vrai plaisir.
On nous avait prévenu que étant dans une impasse, le parking ne serait pas forcément très facile mais nous n'avons eu aucun souci et les voisins étaient très cordiaux, un vrai plaisir.
Nous sommes ravis et recommandons cette location.
