Grande maison très bien agencée et très propre, à recommander sans hésitation. Parfaite pour 8 personnes.Pièces vastes, mobilier confortable. Grande table avec 8 fauteuils sur la terrasse, hamac, barbecue, canapé extérieur. Séjour grande table et chaises. Coin salon extérieur à côté de la piscine, entourée belle zone carrelée, avec relax.Cuisine parfaitement équipée, tous ustensiles nécessaires, torchons. Lave-vaisselle appréciable.Matelas des chambres très bons, sauf celui chambre parentale trop mou. Nombreux rangements. (Annonce dit 2 salles d’eau et suite parentale avec salle d’eau privative. Déjà comptée, il y a 2 salles d’eau au total)Buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. Salle de sport bien équipée. Mais qu’on ne peut pas aérer.Grand jardin arboré bien entretenu. Maison bien située, à l’écart de la ville. Au bout de la rue, à 5 minutes à pied, boulangerie ouverte dès 6 h, Primeur fruits et légumes frais. Carrefour-Market et pharmacie. Tout à portée de main. Fenêtres et grandes baies vitrées équipées de moustiquaires. Mais minuscules moustiques le soir.Excellent glacier POZ GLACÉE au Moule, Quartier Damencourt, face Brico Déco. Glaces maisons sublimes!Points négatifs: - Une chambre située en sous-sol, escalier assez raide, ensuite traverser le garage. (un WC, pas de salle d’eau)-A l’arrivée, même pas une bouteille d’eau. Kit de bienvenue mentionné annonce absent! Concierge Apolline très aimable et réactive.-Pas de sèche-cheveux, Apolline en a prêté un.
