- A 28 m² living room with a TV and a corner sofa
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: toaster, electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with two single beds (90×190) that can be pushed together
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A shaded 15 m² south-east-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in Le Palais, in pleasant surroundings. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Activities:
- Situated at the foot of the Vauban Citadel, which overlooks the harbour, this 17th-century fortress now houses a museum tracing the island’s history, as well as a hotel and a restaurant.
- GR 340 – Tour de Belle-Île: A long-distance walking trail of around 80 km circling the island, with possible starting points from Le Palais
- The first beach is about 1.7 km away; discover the beaches of Ramonette, Les Soldats, Castoul and Port-Fouquet, ideal for swimming and relaxing
- Water sports: Enjoy sailing, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, diving and kayaking.

Transport:
Buses can take you around the rest of the island to visit the port of Sauzon, the Pointe des Poulains, the Aiguilles du Port Coton (Bangor)...
You can also hire either a car or electric bikes. If you choose to come by car, you can park in the pay-and-display car parks at Quai Roussel.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- The nearest railway station is Auray, about 15 km from Quiberon. From Auray, you can reach Quiberon by train or bus, then take a ferry to Le Palais. The ferry crossing takes about 45 minutes.
- The nearest airport is Lorient (LRT), 50 km from Quiberon, from where the ferry departs for Belle-Île-en-Mer. Nantes (NTE), 120 km away, offers more flights; you can reach Quiberon by train to Auray, then by road.

- No Wi-Fi; internet connection is very poor in the flat (better on the balcony)
- Bed linen and towels included
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
