Unacceptable appartment

it is a car garage with two garage door opener for entry and i had requested 4 bedroom but was 2 bedroom instead worst part is the owner is living in another part of the apartment with also the mother, no privacy at all it was very much insulting, how is this property even past the requirement to be listed on the homeaway site...... we had to go and check in to a different hotel and had to pay more money ......

My friend and I loved the property. Fred was very accommodating, having guided us from the airport, given advice about eateries and safe beaches, and a willingness to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend ALL guests to consider his lodgings! Thanks again Fred!

Certaine une reservation derniere minute.La réalité ne correspond pas aux photos. Il semble que 20 ans se soit ecoulé entre les deux. Le logement ne correspond pas au nombre de personne que nous étions de plus ce n'est pas 1 logement individuel. Piscine ou bac a punch ? Sale, dû au vent nous dit il. Le conditions de parking sont compliquées au final nous avons dû annuler.

La maison n est plus entretenue le ménage n était pas fait. Nous avons passé notre première matinée a tout nettoyer. Le billard est mort la piscine en fin de vie le terrain mal entretenu.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons séjourné pendant une semaine dans l'appartement du bas (suite open). L'appartement est spacieux et confortable. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans les chambres, le billard, la piscine à quelques mètres de l'appartement. Nous avons moins aimé : l'absence de porte à l'appartement​ (il faut fermer un volet roulant assez bruyant), la qualité des casseroles et poêle en téflon (inutilables tellement elles sont rayées dans le fond). Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de lave vaisselle non plus (il y a la place et c'est vrai qu'on apprécierait ne pas avoir à faire la vaisselle en vacances). Quoiqu'il en soit, nous gardons un bon souvenir de ce séjour. Fred est très sympa et a répondu à nos demandes. Nous avons eu la piscine complètement pour nous ce qui est appréciable. Au niveau de la situation géographique, c'est un peu reculé et nous n'avions pas prévu une voiture adapté à la route un peu cabossée. Pas de plage à proximité. L'anse coco nous a déçu : loin, sale et beaucoup de cailloux. Pas adapté pour de jeunes enfants. De même, nous n'avons pas trouvé la plage qui se situe à 5 min de l'appartement, suivant l'annonce (juste quelques bateaux arrimés mais pas de plage). Nous avons trouvé notre bonheur à Trinité à 30 min de route.

Belle maison et hôte agréable

Nous avons passé deux semaines chez Fred avec nos amis. Les deux appartements donc la maison rien que pour nous. La maison n'est pas conforme à l'annonce car nous avions sélectionné cette maison sans piscine et avec une grande surprise la piscine a été faite entre temps !!!! Un pure bonheur de pouvoir se baigner dans la piscine un mois de février un verre de ti-punch à la main (une mine anti-personnel de Fred !!!). Rien à redire. L'accueil convivial de Fred a été gâché par CORSAIR !!! Cependant nous avons pris notre revanche le lendemain avec une bonne prise de connaissance avec Fred et l'ambiance Martiniquaise. Le lieu est certes un peu retiré mais très au calme. Nous garderons d'excellent souvenir de ce voyage, de Fred et de sa famille !!!! Notamment lors de cette petite soirée apéro bien arrosé. Promis Fred si nous revenons je rapporte une bouteille de Blanc pour toi et de champagne pour ta moitié !!!. Bref le rapport qualité prix est très bon et nous regrettons absolument pas notre choix. Merci Fred pour ton accueil, tes conseils et ta disponibilité. A bientôt peut être lors d'un prochain périple Guadeloupe - Martinique - Barbade !!! La famille du Sud

Très belle maison et hôte parfait.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour sur une ile magnifique. La maison correspond au descriptif de l'annonce, la piscine est un plus pour se rafraîchir le soir . Fred est très disponible et toujours prêt à nous conseiller et nous faire découvrir les bons coins. Je conseille vivement cette location. Et un grand merci à Fred.

Nous avons passez un agréable moment,propriétaire accueillant,souriant,discret et toujours disponible,a l écoute des locataires,il nous a laissé la piscine pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Chambre très agréable et paisible,la clim est tellement silencieuse qu on se demande parfois si elle bien e route.pas de vis a vis.tout le nécessaire présent dans la maison.Merci Fred d avoir repondu à toutes nos attentes.

très sympa

Le logement etait très sympa même si 2-3 petites choses pourrais etre améliore ( matériel de cuisine type casserole et poele très limite ou très vieux) petite travaux a rafraischissement a faire (porte de salle de bain a renouvelé) sinon appartement propre, lumineux, air co super dans chaque chambre et piscine très sympa. Nous avons bien profite de ces vacances pour découvrir toute l'ile. la situation géopgraphique de l'appartement dans l'ile se trouvant quasi a mi hauteur nous avons pour un peut plus d'une heure max pour aller tout dans le sud ou dans le nord de l'ile.
