With an area of ââ120 mÂČ, the house offers a large fully equipped kitchen opening directly onto the terrace on one level. Large living room with flat screen TV, wifi connection, 2 bedrooms: a large bed (160 x 200) in the first and 2 x 2 bunk beds in the second (90 x 200).
Bathroom large Italian shower (180 x 90), and separate toilet.
Wood burning stove in the living room with wood provided at discretion. Electric heaters in all rooms.
Garage for a car, courtyard closed by a gate.

Prima locatie
14 dagen verbleven in dit prachtige huis op een rustige locatie. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer compleet. We hebben enorm genoten van het grote overdekte buitenterras. Ook heeft de verhuurder voor veel informatie gezorgd betreffende de omgeving en wat te doen !
Advies aan eigenaar: In de advertentie staat dat het huis voorzien is van wifi. Echter er staan geen meerkosten bij. 2 dagen voor wij zouden aankomen kregen wij bericht dat de wifi alsnog afzonderlijk betaald dient te worden. Advies: verhoog de weekprijs met of geef in de advertentie bij wifi aan dat de wifi afzonderlijk betaald dient te worden. Voor de rest een zeer aan te bevelen woning !

Leider war die KĂŒche in keinem sauberen Zustand. Wir haben und Pfannen und Badezimmerteppich kaufen mĂŒssen. Nespresso-Maschine hatten wir dabei. Keine LiegestĂŒhle nur 2 defekten. Schade fĂŒr die Liegenschaft. Falls gewĂŒnscht Fotos vorhanden.

Gite de style typiquement bressan, frais malgré les grosses chaleurs.
Mais vieillissant... Cela donne l'impression que les loueurs s'en occupent a minima. Les casseroles sont dans un Ă©tat pitoyable et doivent ĂȘtre changĂ©es, une partie des verres Ă©galement. Les âtransatsâ en bois manquent de coussins pour ĂȘtre utilisĂ©s. SĂ©jour agrĂ©able malgrĂ© tout.
