Located on the 2nd floor with a very large balcony / terrace, sunny (early morning to early afternoon sun) with armchairs, table and outdoor chairs available.

A large living room with 2 large bay windows, fully equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed (real bedding with mattress 18 cm thick), 2 bedrooms (1 160x200cm bed in the 1st bedroom and 2 90x200cm bunk beds in the 2nd). The two bedrooms have been designed as boat cabins, for a total change of scenery during your stay.
A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a large closet in the hallway, plenty of storage in all bedrooms and in the living room.
TV / Hifi in the living room. Games for young children (books, lego, beach games ...) and board games available.
Parking space in the basement of the residence: space with hoop (key provided at reception).

I am available to answer your questions and provide information at any time. A person will take care of your welcome and your departure, with handover of the keys.

Exchange with travelers:
- Linen provided: sheets, towels, please specify the number of travelers ... You can nevertheless provide additional beach towels (the towels provided are for use in the apartment)
-Easy to park all around the apartment
-Possibility of providing a baby cot and high chair free of charge (to be specified in a message when booking)

As said before the apartment is completely new, we are counting on you to leave it in the same condition, it is our holiday accommodation. Your deposit will be returned to you upon your departure following an inventory made with you.
