Tucked up against a meadow filled with aspens and pine trees, this home provides seclusion and peacefulness that many homes in this much sought-after subdivision can't provide.  Located in Powder House Pass, a recreational community with trailhead access, paved roads, and a clubhouse complete with a year-round heated pool, Sunrise Pines provides a blissful retreat to unwind and recharge.  With over 4500 sq ft of space spanning 3 floors and picturesque views from every window of the home these lodging accommodations will exceed all expectations. Guests will feel pampered in the fully stocked kitchen.  The oversized island provides the perfect counterspace for preparing meals the whole crew will appreciate.  Couple that with bar style seating for six and a large dining room table comfortably seating eight more, everyone can share in the many meals and quality time amongst one another.  Grill out and watch wildlife from the furnished back deck or soak in the hot tub with nothing but the stars and fresh mountain air.  Enjoy lounging in the large open family room, play games in the loft overlooking the main living area, or kick back in the downstairs living room complete with access outdoors and a wet bar. The house was great for our family. It was clean, private and well appointed. There was easily enough room for our trailers and vehicles. The privacy of each room was important, and the great room was a perfect place to gather. rent this house, you will be glad you did. I will again for sure. A great experience for my family.

Double bachelorette party for my daughters

We had 16 girls stay at the home. It was a beautiful setting in the hills. The home had all we needed and more. There was plenty of space and we felt right at home. It was super easy to communicate with the host! Definitely would recommend!

Powerhouse Pass

Property worked well for our friend group of 4 families and kids ranging from age 1-15. Very clean and nice property. Only thing we wish it had was a firepit. The community center does have 2 so we used it up there. Host was very responsive to our questions and items we needed prior to our stay.
