Step inside this new, three-level home and feel instantly at ease. The space is designed for comfort, relaxation, and fun for your entire group.

Main Level:
Bright, open-concept living area with large windows and mountain views.
Cozy gas fireplace and a 50" Smart TV for entertainment.
Fully stocked kitchen ready for your culinary creations, complete with a coffee and hot cocoa bar.
Direct access to the outdoor deck with a BBQ grill and patio with a private hot tub.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom (Main Level): A restful space with a King bed, dresser, and TV.
Second Bedroom (Main Level): Features a King bed, TV, and a dedicated workstation for remote work needs.
Loft (Upper Level): An open and airy loft with two Queen beds. An optional air bed can also be provided upon request.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location was perfect, with the front windows offering a gorgeous mountain view as well as a distant view of downtown Leadville. The main floor and loft were beautifully designed, decorated, and very welcoming for our family. The property had everything we needed, including fun games in the basement that our boys enjoyed. We hope to stay again in the future!
