This is the first negative review I’ve ever left, but I can’t not say anything and let others deal with what we endured on holiday, and pay good money for poor accommodations. Beware of this unit, the description and pictures don’t give an accurate description. I don’t need a completely remodeled unit but I do like a clean place. My main issues were the bed (old, smelly and way too soft). the TV didn’t work all the- very finicky WiFi, did inform host but still wasn’t able to get it to work. The fridge doesn’t close (notified host, and she thanked me for again for letting her know. We weren’t told the indoor pool and spa were not available and under construction, the outdoor pools were filthy, there are very few chairs and lounges (12 in total) no umbrellas unfortunately to break from the sun. When this resort was built I’m sure it was amazing but decades later it’s falling apart. Host wouldn’t consider a small refund, she told me if I had let her know of the issues when I was there she would have considered it. I guess she didn’t count the times I reached out to her. Hopefully, she’ll reach out to the HOA about the issues they maintain and be more honest with future renters. Good luck
