It’s a nice place but the beds are horrible! There was an awful high pitched ringing sound in our room and although check in was a breeze she forgot the documents for our car for parking and our car was going to be towed. We had no idea that we needed anything. So glad it wasn’t but it could have been a horrible surprise if it had been. Breakfast was delicious. Just wish the bed was more comfortable. Gonna need to visit the chiropractor tomorrow after our stay.

Go to the Enzain Inn

The pool was closed during our stay and we were only told 1 day prior to our visit. This was after our refund period. I was disappointed as I had chosen that hotel for its pool after hours of scouring reviews. The initial staff did not offer any discounts and practically blamed me for booking through a third party. I was tempted to walk out and book elsewhere but didn't want to upend our family vacation. Later, I spoke to a manager who assured at least a 10% discount, maybe more. By the time I checked out this discount was not applied and I will have to take more time to resolve this. We ended up paying for a day pass to use the Enzain Inn pools. It was amazing. I wish I had booked with them initially, expensive but high value.

BEAUTIFUL! LOVE THE DECOR!! The only instead the beds were hard and we work up with back aches. Was told that the beds were being swapped out. I truly hope those queen beds weren't new. If so, they seriously needs a "topper" so there's a little give. Staff were so kind and welcoming. The decor was fun.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were an amazing surprise and a great way to relax for the night.

Great staff! Clean room! Only thing is wish we had more of the Mountain View we thought we were getting, as we had some mountain but mostly parking lot! Loved the hotel overall!!
