Snowcreek Townhouse - Hot Tub - 8 People

In downtown Leavenworth, this cozy home is just steps from the town center. Inside, enjoy a gourmet kitchen, comfy living spaces, and a lovely balcony. The backyard offers a private patio with a hot tub and BBQ grill. With AC and custom furniture, it's a comfortable retreat. Three bedrooms, it sleeps up to 10 guests, making it perfect for family gatherings or group getaways. Come stay with us to take in the beautiful Bavarian themed village of Leavenworth! Large kitchen for any type of cooking desired. upstairs there are three bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king sized bed. Bedroom two has two twin beds. Bedroom three has two queen sized beds. There is also a queen sized convertible couch for 2 more guests. A washer and dryer for your use located on the main floor.

There is a community back patio area with barbeque, patio furniture, and hot tub for all of the Snowcreek units.

For family or group lodging: Aspen connects to Snowcreek Birch apartment to sleep 14, if needed. Dogwood connects to Cedar to sleep up to 7 guests. If you are looking to rent the entire Snowcreek Suites, please reach out and we will assist you!

The Birch Townhouse offers 2 included parking spots. One is right in front of the garage, and the other is in the garage. There is also free overnight street parking during spring, summer and fall. In the winter months, November 15- March 15, there is paid metered overnight street parking. You can check out the city of Leavenworth's website for more parking details.

If you plan to bring your furry friend, we welcome them with open arms and have a maximum of two dogs allowed per stay with a fee of $25 per pup per night. No cats are allowed. To avoid any confusion, please include your dog in the reservation. We do charge the fee after the booking is confirmed. Please note that we kindly ask you to not allow dogs on the furniture or beds.

We do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. Please do not arrive early, or stay past check-out. The cleaners will be there by 11 AM. If the suite is ready before the standard 4 PM time, our team will message you. The suite is usually booked back to back with every guest deserving a fully cleaned and presented property :)
