You will have full and private access, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the full kitchen, living and dining areas, and the in-unit washer and dryer.

The home is single-level with a ramp entrance and wide doorways for easy access.

The driveway accommodates up to four vehicles and is shared with Unit B, a separate studio unit featuring its own private entrance.
Both units are completely private, with no shared interior spaces.

You’ll receive a personalized smart lock code 24 hours before check-in for contactless entry.

Other things to note
The driveway and front outdoor area are shared with guests in Unit B.

The home is fully accessible — single level, ramp entrance, and wide doorways.

Pets allowed: Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs. A pet fee applies.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and fellow guests.

No smoking or vaping inside the home or near entrances.

Link Transit Bus #22 stops directly in front of the home, offering easy transportation to and from downtown.

Security camera is installed at the exterior front entrance for guest safety.
