Broken down.

I was sad because we really loved the location of this hotel, and I plan on staying again I just hope they fix the issues. The hot tub was broken down and smelled like sulfur. The pool had tons of sand or dirt all over the bottom my kids didn’t like the feeling and we got out within 10 minutes. Finally our toilet hit clogged at night so we had to use the restroom down the hall in the lobby the rest of our stay. I definitely don’t feel good about my stay.
The views are beautiful.

Clean, quiet, and secure

This was the second time I've stayed here. I checked-in in the evening and the front desk clerk was courteous, efficient, and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and secure. I slept well. It was nice to be able to grab a coffee and cinnamon roll from the buffet before I hit the road in the morning.
