The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place used towels and wash cloths in the shower. Please leave used beds unmade. Please empty trash cans and all food from the cabinets and refrigerator. Throw away in the dumpsters provided.
Turn out lights and double check that the stove and hot water heater are off. Set thermostat to 80 degrees in the summer/65 in winter. Please ensure the canopy is retracted.
Close all blinds and lock the door. Place folding chairs in the storage bin outside. Return key to lockbox and lock it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Was a wonderful way to have low key getaway with family while still have amenities like a pool, play grounds for kids. And TVs for all. The fire pit and chairs were welcomed as a way to do some star gazing and somores and have some quality family time. Honestly loved it. Communication was thorough and I definitely plan to do again with my grand daughter and older daughter

Lots of activities in Crystal River. Also our grands enjoyed the activities at the campground. The beds were comfy. Thank goodness for cable as we were rained in for a bit. TV saved the day.We return. Thank you.
