ZERO RETORNO DA PROPRIETÁRIA!! DESCASO TOTAL!!!!!

I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!

Todo súper solo encontré un pañuelo para Desmaquillar en la colcha y pelos en la regadera y de último momento vimos unas hormigas abajo de una recámara , por eso mis 4 estrellas de limpieza . Pero son pequeños detalles

Mon séjour a été gâché par la mauvaise communication avec le gérant virtuel. Lorsque je l'appelle pour signaler la panne de la plaque à induction, il rejette l'appel et bien plus tard, il envoie un message. Je ne l'ai jamais vue et je n'ai réussi à lui parler qu'une seule fois !
